    产品功能:由超声波清洗系统、高压喷淋系统和热风烘干系统组成，清洗液多级过滤装置，磁力排屑、平网式过滤机及袋式过滤装置，使清洗液持续保持高清洁度，工件清洗精度高，并能持久稳定。

l 除上下料外，可自动连续完成整个清洗工艺过程

l 采用辊道输送模式，工件架在辊道上回转运行

l 各工位同步定位清洗干燥，设置专门喷嘴清洗吹干特殊要求的接线口及盲孔

l 每个工位之间有气动密封门隔离，防止清漂洗工位间相互干扰

l 低压和高压喷淋系统，清洗及漂洗为独立循环系统，储水箱为两个独立的箱体，清洗和漂洗工作时循环水分别回流到各自储液箱内

l 清漂洗液分别由电加热器加热，采用PID数显温控表控制，工艺温度可分别自行设定，自动恒温。油水分离与多级循环过滤系统

l 采用热风循环烘干系统，热风恒温控制，可设定烘干所需温度

l 整机运行及逻辑互锁由PLC控制，采用触摸屏监控及控制操作

l 无级变速加电子调速传动系统，让设备操作更方便，随时可根据需要改变工件传输速度

l 全封闭设计，完整的抽风系统，清洗环境洁净。

l 适合发动机总成、阀体、变速器等大中型零件的内外表面和小孔的清洗，生产效率高，适于批量生产。

    The hot air circulation drying system and hot air constant temperature control are adopted to set the required drying temperature

    The operation and logic interlock of the whole machine are controlled by PLC and monitored and controlled by touch screen

    The stepless speed change and electronic speed control drive system make the operation of the equipment more convenient, and the workpiece transmission speed can be changed at any time according to the needs
